Welcome to QuizoSwipe! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuizoSwipe mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by IITiansFunda (App package: com.quizo.swipe). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuizoSwipe, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

QuizoSwipe is a short-form quiz application that allows users to:

• Browse, answer, and learn from quiz questions across multiple categories and languages.
• Create and publish their own quiz questions using the in-app quiz creator.
• Interact with other users through comments, reactions, and social features.
• Track progress through XP points, streaks, and leaderboard rankings.
• Subscribe to quiz creator channels for notifications.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile information.
• You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

When you create quizzes, post comments, or upload media through the App, you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content, you grant QuizoSwipe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and related marketing materials.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Contains sexually explicit material, excessive violence, or content glorifying self-harm.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains malware, spam, or misleading/deceptive information.
• Impersonates any person or entity.
• Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable law.

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• The QuizoSwipe app, including its design, code, logo, branding, and all non-user-generated content, is the intellectual property of QuizoSwipe and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our express written permission.
• Pre-loaded quiz content (e.g., government exam questions, general knowledge) is curated by QuizoSwipe and remains our property.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our servers.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or scrape the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• Manipulate XP, streak, or leaderboard data through cheating, exploits, or fraudulent activity.
• Harvest or collect personal information of other users without their consent.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Upon account deletion:

• Your profile information, quiz history, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
• Quizzes you created that have been published and interacted with by other users may remain visible in anonymized form.
• This action is irreversible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Quiz content will be 100% accurate, up-to-date, or free from errors.
• Leaderboard rankings or XP calculations will be perfectly precise at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizoSwipe and its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Reliance on quiz content for professional, academic, or exam preparation purposes.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuizoSwipe, its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
